Returns & Refunds Policy
At BYIDIL, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
1. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, where applicable.
To request a return, please contact us at info@byidil.com with your order number.
Please do not send any items back before contacting us for return instructions.
2. Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

Items should be returned in their original condition, where possible.

Original tags, packaging and accessories should be included, where available.

Items must be carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
You may inspect and try on items as you would in a physical store.
Excessive handling, visible signs of wear, stains, makeup or persistent odors may result in a deduction from your refund if the item's value has been reduced.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders of €50 or more within Germany and €150 or more internationally.
For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and displayed at checkout.
Please note that free shipping applies to the original delivery only and does not include return shipping costs, customs duties or import taxes.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping for regular returns, both within Germany and internationally.
This applies regardless of the original order value or whether free shipping was applied.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us before returning it. We will assist you and cover any return shipping costs required by applicable law.
5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes and handling fees may apply.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order to understand any potential additional charges.
Please note that free shipping does not include customs duties, import taxes or other import-related fees.
BYIDIL does not determine or control these charges, as they are assessed by the relevant authorities or shipping providers.
6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us at info@byidil.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, if available, photos of the issue so we can assist you quickly.
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of sending them back, whichever occurs first.
In the event of a valid statutory withdrawal, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded where required by law. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery option chosen by the customer are excluded.
Any deduction for diminished value will be made only where legally permitted.
Your payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
