Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damage and problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Return Policy (Worldwide)
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included
- The item must be free from odors (e.g. perfume, smoke, body scent), stains, makeup, or other signs of wear
- The product must be suitable for resale as a new item
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.
This applies in particular to items that show signs of use beyond what is necessary to try the item on (e.g., persistent odors, fabric stretching, etc.).
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds:
We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your return. Once your refund is processed, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
